Wundam Alfred

    For awards programmes

    Jurors see the evidence.
Built to keep entrants’ data private.

Awards entries arrive long and full of commercial detail. Wundam Alfred is the jury assistant built for that: for the jurors who read them and the organisers who run the programme.

    • Does not score, rank or decide

The assistant does not score, rank or decide. It makes the evidence in each entry visible to the juror.

    • Entry content and chat are not written to logs

Entrant representatives' contact details never enter the system, and financial documents are not uploaded. Entry content and chat text are not written to logs.

    • Deleted on a fixed schedule

Zero-retention approval in place; not retroactive. Chats are deleted 30 days after season close; cards and entries 90 days after.

    What jurors get

    The evidence, ready
    before the entry opens.

    • Every entry gets an evidence card, prepared before a juror opens it: a neutral summary, each criterion mapped to what the entry presents with verbatim quotes and the source field, a completeness profile, flags and guiding questions.
    • Flags point at what a juror may want to check: missing fields, claims without support, inconsistencies with the arithmetic shown step by step, unusual metrics, period fit, category fit and criterion coverage. Every flag carries its source field and a verbatim quote.
    • Category chat answers only from that category's approved evidence cards.

    What organisers get

    Control stays
    with the organiser.

    • A category comparison table shows which entries answered which questions. It uses no language model and shows no totals.
    • Rule-based pre-screening, with no language model, points out empty required fields and eligibility conditions. The organiser makes every eligibility call.
    • Each juror sees only their assigned categories. Anything else returns not-found, so even its existence does not leak. A category with a conflict of interest is hidden entirely from that juror.
    • Official scoring stays on the awards platform. Jurors score there, exactly as before.

    Privacy by design

    Commercial data is treated
    as confidential by default.

    • Jurors sign in with passwordless links that expire, behind rate limits and strict security headers.
    • An output auditor reads every sentence as it streams and stops scoring, ranking and recommendation language before a juror sees it.
    • Entry text reaches the model as data, never as instructions. Instructions hidden inside an entry are ignored by design.
